Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reliable Cleaning Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information to clients and explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Arrange for billing for services and issue receipts and other forms
  • Maintain records and statistics related to customer interactions
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong attention to detail.
