Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the LCBO. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
- Operate our computerized cash registers and process customer transactions.
- Assist with receiving and unloading inventory, handling product, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards.
- Perform job rotational duties, including repetitive lifting of cases and standing continuously.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Canada and a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs/18kgs and stand continuously.
- Availability to work during peak periods, including evenings and weekends.
