Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with customers, sharing product knowledge and promoting our products to meet sales targets.
  • Process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
