About the Role

The Product Manager, Ecommerce will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of Global Payments Canada GP's digital commerce initiatives. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product vision that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's digital commerce landscape, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative digital commerce solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps, product requirements documents, and other key product artifacts.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including technology vendors, system integrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital commerce.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall product strategy and direction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the digital commerce or payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce concepts, including e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and mobile payments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and metrics.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business meetings and conferences.
