About the Role
The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Digital Commerce team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital payment solutions that meet the needs of our customers and merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for digital payment solutions, including credit card, debit, and alternative payment methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the digital payment space.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, vendors, and payment card network partners.
- Manage and prioritize product requirements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products and features.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that products meet the needs of our customers and merchants.
- Develop and execute business cases for new product initiatives, including financial analysis and ROI projections.
- Manage and analyze product performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the digital payment or ecommerce space.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product roadmaps and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business cases and financial analysis.
- Experience with product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong understanding of digital payment solutions, including credit card, debit, and alternative payment methods.
