We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail media advertising efforts. As a key member of our Media team, you will be responsible for planning, strategy, and execution of retail media campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail media strategies to drive client growth and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing retail media campaigns
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail media
  • Provide expert guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in retail media disciplines, including search, display, and video
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing retail media campaigns
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of retail media platforms and networks, including campaign management platforms and digital shelf
