Lead Retail Media Advertising

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail media advertising efforts, focusing on team development, client retention, and growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital commerce space, excellent people management skills, and a passion for working with clients at executive levels.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience across retail media disciplines, including search, display, and video, with growing responsibility and significant oversight of retail media services delivery. They will also have at least 2-3 years of team leadership and training experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client executive relationships to foster long-term growth
  • Leading retail media advertising activities for clients, including planning, strategy, and activation
  • Overseeing multiple client teams and providing guidance on performance and issue resolution
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Flywheel internally and externally
  • Ensuring team training, resources, and professional development

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of retail readiness, paid and organic drivers of success, and the ability to communicate media goals and performance in a broader business context.
