We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at DFL. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to maximize sales and service revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement departmental strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize sales and service revenue.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure that team members are equipped with information on all products and processes to ease access of full menu sales & service.
- Direct recurring internal sales training and monitor all seating availability on a game-by-game basis.
- Coordinate segmented marketing efforts and single-game sales efforts with the Marketing team.
- Work closely with the DFL executive team and ownership on initiatives that significantly affect the budget of strategic objectives of the organization.
- Minimum of five years' leadership experience at a senior level in a high energy sales and service environment.
- Demonstrated related experience developing highly effective sales strategies without losing focus on premium service.
- Commitment to a vision of service that will thrill fans and provide an ultimate fan experience.
- Exceptional customer service acumen and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
