Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at Reet Riwaz Fabrics. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor staff and ensuring that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales floor staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Ensure that all store operations are running efficiently and effectively, including cash handling, stockroom management, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and visual merchandising, to drive business results and improve customer experience
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
