Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Station Liquor Store Ltd. DBA Station Liquor Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize losses.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date with store policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
