Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Station Liquor Store Ltd. DBA Station Liquor Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales workers to ensure efficient operation of the sales floor.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the needs of the store and its customers.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and sell merchandise to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Perform Same Duties: Perform the same duties as sales workers, demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
