Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Station Liquor Store Ltd. DBA Station Liquor Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize losses.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date with store operations and procedures.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

- Flexible and adaptable to changing store conditions and priorities.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- A team player, willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
Permanent position, 30 hours per week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
