Job Summary
As a Human Resources Advisor at Metro Mon, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's union relations. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with mid-senior level management and union representatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for union employees, providing guidance and training to managers and union employees on labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct investigations and interviews related to union employee issues, prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Collaborate with union representatives to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns, building trust and credibility within the Distribution Centers.
• Manage data collection and documentation related to union employee matters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Advisor/Generalist with a focus on union employees.
• Designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)/Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or in progress is considered an asset.
• Strong working knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with ability to apply them in a practical setting.
