Job Overview
Eightsix Network is seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to lead our residential property management team. As an operational expert, you will be responsible for maximizing rental revenues, deploying best practices, and developing policies to ensure exceptional service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Community Managers to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement policies to drive business growth and improve service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Manage budgets, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager leading teams across multiple buildings
- Experience with leasing, budgeting, and use of Yardi
- Ability to travel regularly within BC to oversee property operations
