    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked at all times.
    • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of food to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
