Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Food Safety and Quality: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory and Scheduling: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Development: Establish work schedules, train staff, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and own transportation.
