Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication and Teamwork: Prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for chef, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Transportation: Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
Our work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
