Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Manager to join our team at AIMS 5 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own transportation
Work Environment:

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
