Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Operations: Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
As a Shift Manager at Dominos Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and work under pressure.
Requirements:- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
