The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Your primary functions will include:

  • Overseeing Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Catering departments
  • Ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Maximizing profitability and implementing cost controls
  • Leading a team of department managers and associates
  • Acting as General Manager in their absence
