Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Arctic Kingdom Wilderness Operations Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the overall success of our wilderness operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued
    • Collaborate with the management team to design and deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Operations
    • Assist in the planning and execution of daily operations, including guest activities and events
    • Ensure seamless communication with guests, staff, and management
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Leadership
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
    • Support the management team in decision-making and problem-solving
    • Relieve other staff members on their days off, ensuring continuity of operations
  • Communication
    • Develop and deliver clear and concise communication to guests, staff, and management
    • Attend daily briefings and meetings to ensure seamless communication
    • Provide guests with interpretation, cultural, and wildlife presentations
  • Safety
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff at all times
    • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics
    • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • First Aid certification
    • Valid Class 5 license
    • Liquor serving certification (valid)
  • Skills and Experience
    • Proven experience in guest experience, hospitality, or a related field
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
