Job Title: Sales and Advertising Vice-President

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Advertising Vice-President to join our team at VMS PETCARE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales and marketing decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve sales and marketing objectives

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
