Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead Sales and Marketing Teams: Manage and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  4. Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to maintain and enhance the company's reputation and image.
  5. Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  7. Inventory Control: Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure efficient use of resources.
  8. Marketing Materials: Develop and implement marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pet care industry.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
