Job Title: Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of success in marketing, sales, and operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
