Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at ONroute. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Menu Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available to meet customer demands.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as point of sale systems.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
