Job Title: Vice-President, Planning Services

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our planning services team. As Vice-President, Planning Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the organization's goals and objectives
  • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance on marketing and sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations management or sales
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of inventory control software, MS Excel, and MS Office
