Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ONroute. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Implementation
Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
Staff ManagementLead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Inventory ManagementOversee inventory management, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time to meet customer demand.
Customer ServiceEnsure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure
