About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bombay Vintage Inc. as a Head Cook. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to the diverse tastes of our customers.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.

Team Management

Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure.
