- Food Safety and Quality
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner, meeting all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, including taste, presentation, and texture.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
- Provide training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Education and Experience
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, cooking, and presentation.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
