Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Plan and execute menu items, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service and quality.
- Develop and implement effective kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply chain management, and food safety protocols.
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our standards.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
- Education and Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as a senior cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Degree in culinary arts or related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
