About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our mental health programs and services team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse client groups and develop new mental health program content to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based mental health programs and services for various client groups
  • Leverage novel approaches to the delivery of mental health services, including digital therapeutics
  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual and group treatment for conditions such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance misuse
  • Consult with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to in-house training sessions and case discussions
  • Contribute to program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the Nova Scotia Board Of Examiners In Psychology
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing evidence-based treatments
  • Experience developing and evaluating mental health programs
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers
  • Experience utilizing telehealth/virtual care methods
