  • Developing tailored mental health program content to meet the unique needs of diverse client groups.
  • Implementing innovative approaches to mental health service delivery, including the use of digital therapeutics.
  • Applying your assessment skills across various applications, from pre-employment suitability assessments to diagnostic evaluations that guide treatment and resource development.
  • Collaborating with other mental health service providers and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Contributing to in-house training sessions and interdisciplinary case discussions.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration in good standing with the provincial College/Board of Psychologists, with competency in adult populations; clinical experience in counselling psychology, health/rehabilitation psychology, or neuropsychology is an asset.

  • Experience in developing and evaluating mental health programs is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with interdisciplinary teams and third-party payers is advantageous.
  • Experience utilizing telehealth and virtual care methods is beneficial.

Additional Skills:
