Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BOLA HEALTHCARE SERVICE INC.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Assist with data entry, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Windows, and electronic medical records.
