Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Specialist to join our team. As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing backend tasks for a portfolio of up to 15 accounts on Amazon, collaborating closely with Brand Strategists to implement effective strategies, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients via email.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage backend tasks for a portfolio of up to 15 accounts on Amazon, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Strategists to implement effective strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in the development and execution of backend strategies to optimize product listings, enhance discoverability, and drive sales.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients via email, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending appropriate adjustments to improve account performance.
  • Stay updated with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize account potential.
  • Leverage knowledge of Amazon and Walmart ecosystems to drive growth and deliver exceptional results for clients.
  • Utilize tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout to gather insights, conduct keyword research, and optimize listings effectively (knowledge of these tools is a plus).
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions, sharing insights, challenges, and opportunities to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon and/or Walmart marketplace management, ideally in a backend or account management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, online marketplace dynamics, and digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools for product research and optimization (a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client communication via email.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting and willingness to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Commitment to abide by our time tracking system to accurately record and report work hours.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a solution-driven approach to challenges.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 USD per year, depending on your level of experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes flexible time (applicable to some roles only) and on-time payment bi-weekly.
