Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Program Management Office Administrator to join our team at Calian Group Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director and Operations Manager in developing and improving Health programs processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Health programs processes and procedures
  • Coordinate programs and services contract and administrative functions within the Health Project Management Office team
  • Support all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the Health Project Management Office
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and Operations Manager
  • Collaborate with the Contract Managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System tool (DeskFlow) with changes to contracted staff Task #s and end dates
  • Collect and present requests and inquiries from the Contract Managers to the DND Procurement office

Requirements

  • College Diploma or University Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years' experience working in a Project Admin or similar role (i.e. Contract Administration/Management environment)
  • Experience working in a Government and/or Private Sector contracts environment
  • Ability to prepare and interpret schedules and detailed process plans
  • Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Word
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, written and oral communication skills
