Crescent Heights Wellness Clinic Inc is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as a Patient Support Coordinator.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our patients and staff. As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensure timely communication with patients and providers
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the clinical team, including data entry and filing
  • Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
