Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Pruthvraj Inc. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and overseeing payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 5-10 sales staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Sales Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, manage sales volumes, and prepare reports on sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment to staff.
- Team Development: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in sales and team leadership.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Client Focus: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Strong team player with a collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
