Carpenter - Construction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at 911 Construction. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare construction layouts in accordance with building codes, using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create high-quality structures.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to meet the demands of our construction projects.
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a seamless and safe construction process.
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites to meet deadlines and ensure efficient project delivery.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings, including mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy, dusty, and outdoors environments.
- Excellent physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work long hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure project completion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
