Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information and support to customers regarding our products and services.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
