About this Opportunity
- Reporting to the Director Quality Improvement, Safety and Patient Relations, you will provide leadership within NSH's overall provincial and zone programs for quality, safety, accreditation, infection prevention & control, patient relations, risk management; and responsibility to implement all aspects of comprehensive quality, patient safety, infection prevention & control, patient engagement, patient relations, risk and accreditation plans to achieve the best outcomes in health care program and service delivery, safe care and continuous improvement to meet or exceed all accreditation requirements.
You will lead teams, leaders, medical staff, clinicians, patients/clients and stakeholders in a collaborative, participatory manner, ensuring appropriate confidentiality. You will have experience in planning and implementing strategic activities related to accreditation, safety, quality improvement, infection control and prevention practices, risk management, patient engagement provided across several locations with multiple partners and stakeholders.
You must have excellent knowledge of data management, data analysis and statistical manipulation; report writing and presentation skills, presenting results in a meaningful manner specific to the target audience. Experience in project management and program evaluation is an asset.
The estimated salary range for this position is $42 per hour.
