Sales Director for Western Canada

Sani Marc Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Western Canada team in the Processed Food sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth, improving profitability, and ensuring high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales objectives
- Lead a team of account managers to achieve sales targets
- Manage expenses budget and monitor team performance
- Supervise account managers and monitor individual sales performance
- Manage CRM system and ensure quality of visit reports
- Ensure client visits are frequent and of high quality
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Participate in proposal preparation and approval
Requirements:
- College or university degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Food Processing, or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage sector
- Experience in personnel management
- Strong communication skills
