Sales Director for Western Canada

About the Role
Sani Marc Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director for Western Canada to lead the sales team in the Processed Food sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales objectives and drive growth in the Western Canada region.
- Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure high-quality sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage expenses, budgets, and CRM systems to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Participate in proposal development and approval to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- College or university degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Food Processing, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage sector and experience in personnel management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
