About the Role

Sani Marc Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director for Western Canada to lead the sales team in the Processed Food sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales objectives and drive growth in the Region.
  • Supervise and mentor Account Managers to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide high-quality service to clients.
  • Manage the CRM system to track sales performance, client interactions, and visit reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop proposals to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Director to align regional sales strategies with company goals.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Food Processing, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage sector and experience in personnel management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
