About the Role

Sani Marc Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Western Canada team in the Processed Food sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Director to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage expenses and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Participate in proposal development and approval.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Food Processing, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage sector and experience in personnel management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
