Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to support our Branch team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing guidance and expertise to branch staff on customer experience strategies and initiatives.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and/or assisted;
- Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities;
- Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with clients;
- Be a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications;
- Support the development of branch staff through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong customer service background;
- The ability to communicate effectively in English and French;
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in digital banking platforms;
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
Location
This role is based in Mont-saint-hilaire, Quebec, Canada, and requires frequent travel to other branches within the region.
