Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our branch banking team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of service colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of service colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and achieve customer experience targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of branch banking strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
