- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of two years of postgraduate training in a medical or surgical specialty.
- Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
- Proficiency in English language and ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework.
- Professional and technical capabilities in diagnosing and managing common medical problems.
- Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
