Our multidisciplinary team approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive care through coordination with Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use and other community agencies.
About the RoleWe are seeking a part-time General Practitioner/Family Physician with a special interest in mental health and substance use to join our team at the Gateway Primary Care Clinic. The clinic is conveniently located at the Gateway Skytrain Station and provides medical care and health education to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use issues.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including GPs/Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Medical Office Assistants, to deliver quality medical care and health education to our patients.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- CCFP (Certified Canadian Family Physician) designation
- CMPA (Canadian Medical Protective Association) membership
- CPSBC (College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia) full or provisional registration
