Physician - Hospital Medicine

We are seeking a qualified physician to join our Hospital Medicine program at Surrey Memorial Hospital (SMH). As a hospitalist physician, you will be responsible for the admission and management of patients, as well as providing supportive care for surgical and specialist medical patients.
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and is committed to ongoing professional development and quality improvement. We value diversity and strive to maintain an environment of respect, caring, and trust.
Responsibilities- Admit and manage patients as the Most Responsible Physician (MRP)
- Provide supportive care for surgical and specialist medical patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
- Eligible for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
- Current certification in ACLS and CCFP
- Membership in the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
