Job Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Physician in Medical Oncology to join our team at BC Cancer – Surrey. As a key member of our medical oncology department, you will provide clinical and academic services to our patients.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing and examining patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and academic services to patients with cancer
- Assess and examine patients to develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in research and educational activities
Requirements:
- Medical degree and a minimum of 2 years' training in a postgraduate medical training program
- Internal medicine/oncology experience is an asset
- Eligibility for licensure in British Columbia in the Associate Physician Class
